gutted bought this bracelet as a gift for my beautiful partner and he loved it however within a week of him wearing it has broke 😭. and is no longer wearable .absolutely amazed by the level of customer service they have offered a replacement absolutely chuffed , as partner loved the bracelet . Level of customer service phenomenal.
